What is permanent jewelry?

Permanent jewelry is custom fit jewelry that is welded on for permanent wear. You start by choosing from one of our 60+ chain options. A charm can be added to spice up your jewelry. Then you decide on the size and placement of your jewelry (bracelet, anklet, necklace, or ring). Finally, we use our safe welding pen to attach your jewelry for permanent wear.

What type of metal is used for your permanent jewelry?

Forever Lillies prides itself in using the highest quality materials for your jewelry. All chains and charms are 14k gold filled, sterling silver, or plated stainless steel and all are anti-tarnish! This means you can bathe, swim, sweat, and do all of your favorite activities in your jewelry without the worry of it tarnishing. We do recommend you try and avoid the use of harsh chemicals on your jewelry to keep them looking extra fresh!

What if my jewelry breaks?

Forever Lillies strives to offer the BEST customer service and we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer FREE repairs for the life of your jewelry. This means that if your jewelry breaks or has to be taken off for any reason (surgery, wedding, etc,), as long as you still have your original chain, we will re-weld your jewelry for FREE. If your chain is lost or damaged beyond repair, a new chain will need to be purchased.

Do you repair or re-weld jewelry that was not purchased from Forever Lillies?

Yes! We are happy to offer repairs and re-welds for a $10 fee (plus tax) if your jewelry was not purchased from Forever Lillies.

Does it hurt when you weld the permanent jewelry?

Absolutely not! Permanent jewelry is 100% safe and pain free. The weld is only activated by metal so it cannot burn your skin. I am highly trained and also offer a cloth between your jewelry and skin for an extra layer of protection!
